William is very chatty. He seldom cries but makes all kinds of noise. There are noises when he is sleepy or hungry. They sound like complains (and if you ignore him long enough, then he will cry for real!). Then there are different noises when he is playing. Sometimes it is soft and sometimes loud. Often he would respond when you talk to him, so it is like having a conversation with him. Also you can see his little tongue moving around when he talks so it's not just him opening and closing his mouth.
