I love looking at William and seeing how perfect he is, a mini human being. I love his little hands and feet. His hands are very expressive, even from birth that I didn't want to hide them in mittens at all! He holds them up in the air like they weigh nothing. When he is feeding and relaxed, they are wide opened. Sometime they are in a fist, but his index finger would be pointed. All manner of styles, love them all!
And his feet... quite big with long-ish toes and nice round big toes. But the nails on his toes, except for the big toe are tiny... like a postbox slot... about 1 mm long! When I change his nappies, he always uses his feet to hide his pee-pee... kind of the position he was in when he was in the womb. So cute!
Shortly after coming home from hospital, William was covered with flaky dry skin. I thought it was just his body renewing his skin, but the midwife said to apply some olive oil. After marinading my baby for a couple of times, it went away!
