Ok so William can sit. Then, 2 weeks later, he can stand! It's with support but he's doing it by himself. He is a very strong boy and can pull himself up the side of the cot. There's no stopping him now. If you put him down in his cot to sleep he gets up and stands. Even in the middle of the night, when he wakes up, he doesn't get all upset and cry. Instead, he just gets up and stands!
After he worked out standing, it didn't take him long (about 1 week) before he was cruising! He's quite happy to be left in the cot when I need to pop to the bathroom or go downstairs. He entertains himself by slowly working his way round the cot.
