On Tuesday 11 December 2007, before it got into the busy Christmas period, our Mummy and Baby group had our Christmas Party. Well, it was still a gathering of the same people at the same time, but we wanted to do something different. Eating out wasn't that easy and venues require prebooking and deposits etc while all we wanted was something easy going.
Ros kindly invited us to use her home and each of use brought some food for a feast. In the end, we didn't do too bad. Bread and cheese, pasta, cold meats and pates and 3 desserts! The babies also had a special treat... we had a secret santa and so everybaby had a Christmas present. Even Mummies had a chocolate santa each courtesy of Marianela.
One things which was very helpful was that Ros had laid down some blankets on the floor so that we can put our babies on the floor and therefore free ourselves to enjoy the food. In fact we were so comfortable there, we left only because parking was up!!
As you can see, William enjoyed himself with the girls; first with Emily and then under the baby gym with Madeleine.
